Juggling Stick Tricks

This trick may be difficult to do at first, till your mussels get stronger and acclimated to the odd motion required to pull this trick off.

First do the Propeller. Then move your body around the juggling stick 90° so that the juggling stick is now spinning right in front of you. At the same time introduce the other handle to the other side of the juggling stick. Both handles will now be pointing towards each other and do circles around each other as the juggling stick tumbles in-between.

Tips

• This trick requires allot of control.
  
  
• Generally only one handle touches at any one time, usually in an upwards motion.
